NVIWODA's challenges

Lack of financial support has been a limitation for NVIWODA to effectively implement its intended programmes.

Lack of adequate facilities to house a Training Center.

Due to rapid changes in technology, NVIWODA lacks office support equipments, to access information and out-put and hence our limited approach to tap and benefit from it.

The organisation lacks trained staff to accelerate technological empowerment hence NVIWODA relies on hired technical experts, who are at times unaffordable and available on time.

Due to lack of transport facilities, NVIWODA has limited itself, to a small number of beneficiaries, hence not fully meeting our objectives and to regularly monitor the beneficiaries of its programmes and to also reach out and train other women groups.

NVIWODA, having received the Initial Partnership Grant Award, to support CBO's, it might face a great challenge, to increased in-coming proposals from CBO's requesting for support.
